Agency AI is an AI and automation consultancy in Glasgow. We design, build and run AI systems for established UK businesses, to the engineering standard our founder brought out of some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Max is an engineer who ended up doing a lot of consulting, and he still does both. He spent a decade in enterprise automation and digital transformation inside some of the world’s largest financial institutions, building programmes that saved millions a year, and he still writes code on the systems Agency AI ships.
That decade taught him how institutions of that size put AI and automation into production safely: tested, secured, accountable, and built to run for years rather than to demo well. It also showed him how rarely that discipline reaches anyone outside the enterprise, because the firms that hold it seldom work anywhere else.
He founded Agency AI in Glasgow to take it to established mid-market businesses: companies that want premium, bespoke advice and engineering, and have no appetite for an enterprise-scale engagement to get it. Most of his week is still spent in the two roles he likes best, working out with a client where AI is genuinely worth applying, then building it alongside the team.
The people who design, build and run your systems. You work with them directly.

Harut leads our AI development. A computer vision specialist by background, he has spent his career taking deep learning out of the lab and into live commercial environments, where it has to work every day, not just in a demo. He sets the standard for how our AI is built, tested and maintained, and he still takes on the hardest problems himself.

Hayk has spent eight years building web and mobile products that people rely on every day. He architects our agent systems: AI that breaks a task down, calls the right tools, and checks its own work before it acts. Thorough, unflappable, and usually the engineer behind the parts of a system clients never have to think about.

Jan brings a decade of machine learning experience across research and industry. He designs and trains the language, vision and forecasting systems inside our products, then embeds them in applications built to run for years. When a problem needs proper science rather than a quick fix, it lands with Jan.

Willon has spent five years in automation and workflow engineering. He builds the pipelines that run client operations day to day: systems connected, data flowing, every routine process accounted for. His measure of a job well done is simple: the work that used to need chasing now just happens.

Taylor leads our marketing strategy and partnerships, and holds the creative work to commercial standards: everything we put in front of a buyer has to earn its place. Warm with people and exacting with the work, Taylor is the reason our story gets told as clearly as our systems get built.

Holly leads creative direction and campaign delivery, building campaigns around what actually drives a buying decision rather than what merely looks good. Holly brings a sharp eye and a steady hand to everything the agency puts its name to, from a single post to a full campaign.
Agent systems change how people work. We take advice on both halves of that: what the technology is about to do, and what it does to the person on the other side of it.

Joshua advises us from San Francisco on emerging technology and on the human factors that shape how we build agent systems. He is the founding chief executive of The Consciousness Foundation and was previously chief executive of Consciousness Hacking, the San Francisco organisation that built one of the first international communities around technology and human wellbeing. Oxford and Harvard educated, he began his career as an FX analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Measurable outcomes only: time saved, cost reduced, better decisions.
Your data stays in your environment, under your access controls. We agree the security model in writing before any work begins.
No jargon and no black boxes. We explain what we build and why, in the language your business runs on.
If AI isn’t the right answer to a problem, we’ll tell you.
We don’t deploy and disappear; we stay, optimise and expand.
Tell us where your team loses the most time. We will tell you honestly whether AI pays there, what it takes to build, and what we have already delivered for businesses like yours.
