We collect very little, we sell nothing, and this page explains the lot in plain English.
Agency AI Ltd is a company registered in Scotland (company number SC803898) with its registered office at 33 Kittoch Street, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 4JW. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Agency AI Ltd is the controller of any personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
We collect very little, and only what you give us or what running a website requires:
This website uses cookies only if you allow them. Nothing is set when you arrive: analytics and advertising are switched off by default and only run once you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag so we can measure our own advertising. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link at the foot of any page.
We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver our services: the lawful bases are taking steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business. We use aggregate usage information to improve the website, which is also a legitimate interest. We keep records where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, full stop. The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, so traffic passes through their systems under their own security safeguards. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the form data solely to email it to us and does not use it for anything else. With your consent, Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and LinkedIn process usage data on our behalf as described above. Beyond service providers of that kind, and professional advisers where genuinely required, your information stays with us.
We keep correspondence for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a genuine business reason to retain it, and we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or provide it to you in a portable form. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A material change, such as introducing analytics that use cookies, will be flagged clearly on this page and consent requested where the law requires it.
Tell us where your team loses the most time. We will tell you honestly whether AI pays there, what it takes to build, and what we have already delivered for businesses like yours.
We use cookies to measure how the site is used and, if you allow it, for advertising. Nothing is set until you choose. Privacy policy.
